With Setup
We will bring everything to your place, from our food to the chafing dishes. Our team will set up a hot and ready self-serve buffet. We will then go over the menu with the host before leaving the premises.
Without Setup
Impress your family and friends by serving the best barbecue dishes in town at your next gathering. We can deliver a few trays of our food fresh out of our kitchen and straight to your doorstep.
Gourmet Catering
Our professionally trained chefs and servers are here to give you a full-service gourmet catering experience. We prepare everything off-site and finish cooking on-site. Our services include setting up, cooking, serving, and cleaning after the event.

Our menus are flexible and affordable as well as mouthwatering and more than appealing to the eye. We also provide any paper & plastic products needed for your event upon request. This includes plates, flatware such as forks, knives, and spoons as well as napkins and wet napkins.

Through extensive recipe development we've created something that is sure to tickle your taste buds as you slather or sprinkle it on anything and everything in your path. We've blended our local flavors and techniques with super traditional recipes from Texas, South Carolina, and Memphis Tennessee to bring you our take on BBQ which is something so unique and flavorful you'll keep coming back for more!
CATERING FAQ
No, we do not currently have a venue to offer for on-site catering, although this is something we are working on and hoping to achieve in the future.
We first work with you to personalize one of our menu's based on your preferences. Once we decide upon a menu a deposit is placed, we then get to work to produce an amazing product for you. On the day of the event, we prepare most of the food at our kitchen facility and finish the cooking process at the pre-decided event location. Once the food is served, we then clean in a timely fashion and leave you to enjoy time with your guests after receiving the final payment.
Our area of business is Miami-Dade County. We charge a minimum fee of $25 for us to come to you. If you are located out of our area then contact us and if we can make it happen, we will!
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions such as vegetarians or food allergies. This is definitely something we hope to dive more into with time!
Yes, we require a 50% deposit upon event confirmation. The final 50% is due upon completion of event.
We require a notice of at least one week for us to produce the best smoked products. We always tell our customers the more notice the better!
